     We ship Australia wide!

    Sorry international shipping is not currently available.

    ​Goods are generally shipped within 2 business days with freight insurance. You will receive via email, a tracking number once the freight has been picked up. Time for delivery to your door is usually 3-10 business days from date of purchase. Please understand that there may be delays due to the impacts of COVID. Unfortunately we are unable to ship larger items to PO boxes.

  • Return Policy

    Faulty, Missing, or Damaged goods

    VANTA is more than happy to help with a refund or exchange (stock permitting) any faulty or missing items from your order.

    If you need to make use of this policy, please contact us here. We will aim to reply to you and begin the return process within 2 business days. Once we have received the return, we will process a refund or replacement item the day of receipt or the next business day.

    Order Cancellations

    If cancellation request is received before items have shipped, orders will be cancelled at no cost to you. If the order has shipped, all you need to do is pay a return to sender fee.
